Abstract:
考察了CuCl2.2H2O与没食子酸丙酯(PG)在水溶液中生成没食子酸丙酯-铜(PG-Cu)金属配合物的反应。通过元素分析、摩尔电导率、红外光谱、热分解和循环伏安法对固体产物进行了表征,确定其分子式为[C10H10O5]2Cu.2H2O。红外光谱表明金属离子与酚羟基发生配位。热分析表明配位破坏了PG的氢键网状结构,降低了PG对抗热诱导分裂的能力。电化学数据显示配合物的氧化峰电位较配体有明显的降低,说明PG-Cu配合物的抗氧化能力优于PG配体。
