Abstract: 报告3例由中草药煎液引起的植物光皮炎.2例是由煎液外溅,1例是外用煎液所致.接触中草药煎液5～7 d内,在曝光部位的皮肤早期出现红斑.体检发现双侧小腿伸侧面(例1、2)和右颈侧及胸部(例3)有境界清楚的线状和不规则形色素沉着斑和斑片.中草药煎液中有当归和花椒,因其含有呋喃香豆素而致病.
