Abstract: 探讨两种不同驱动方式对实验设计的轴流心室辅助装置的影响.同一轴流心室辅助装置主体血泵采用一体驱动和离体两种驱动方式驱动,在相同实验条件下,通过血泵稳定性实验、体外溶血测试实验,血泵导致血液温升实验确定两种驱动方式的优劣.实验结果表明:一体驱动较稳定;离体驱动血液相容性较好,导致驱动血液温度升高较低.离体驱动方式较一体驱动好,一体驱动电机产热是造成血泵溶血的一个重要因数.
