Abstract: 采用SEM和动态光散射实验对交联聚合物微球(简称微球)水化粒径及其影响因素进行了分析.实验结果表明,微球初始形态为球形,粒径约为50 nm,40 ℃下水化15 d后微球粒径溶胀到300 nm;水化时间由1 d增至15 d时,微球水化后的流体力学直径(Dh)由397.2 nm增至最大值487.7 nm;微球水化后的粒径随分散体系中微球含量的增加而增大;随水化温度的升高,分散体系中微球的Dh达到最大值...
