Abstract:
目的 探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者食用苦瓜、南瓜、大豆、魔芋的降糖疗效.方法 将80例妊娠期糖尿病患者按个人饮食喜好分观察组和对照组.对照组40例,饮食以蔬菜、豆制品、瘦肉,水产品、蛋、奶为主;观察组40例,在对照组饮食基础上加大豆、苦瓜、魔芋、南瓜.观察两组患者血糖、孕产妇并发症及围生儿并发症.结果 观察组患者血糖控制好,孕产妇并发症及围生儿并发症较对照组少.结论 妊娠期糖尿病患者食用苦瓜、南瓜、大豆、...
