Abstract: 以普通小麦中国春及其30种缺四体为材料,对其籽粒戊聚糖含量进行遗传分析和鉴定.结果表明,1D、2B、3B、4B、6A和7A染色体可能携有增加水溶性戊聚糖(WSP)含量的相关基因,1B染色体可能携有降低WSP含量的相关基因;1B、3D、4A和7D染色体可能携有增加非水溶性戊聚糖(WIP)含量的相关基因,1A、2D和6A染色体上可能携有降低WIP含量的相关基因.
