Abstract: 试验研究了MS培养基添加K+、NH4+、CCC培养脱毒马铃薯试管苗的应用效果最佳适用浓度.结果表明,CCC对培育健壮的马铃薯试管苗具有理想的调控效果,其最适浓度为40mg/L,而适宜浓度的K+和NH4+都能促进试管苗的快速繁殖,使茎节长高,叶数增多;K+的最适浓度为881 mg/L,NH4+的最适浓度为382.50 mg/L.
