Abstract: 通过极化曲线优选了锌系磷化膜的配方,比较了镁锂合金基体和磷化膜的电化学阻抗谱,观察了60℃下不同磷化时间的磷化膜表面及截面微观形貌,分析了磷化膜的组成.结果表明,优选出的锌系磷化膜对镁锂合金基体具有较强的防护作用,与基体相比,低频容抗高度增加近4000倍;磷化膜的形貌为膜层附着镶嵌颗粒.能谱分析表明,膜层主要由P、Zn、O元素构成,磷化膜主要成分为磷化锌,颗粒处Zn和P的含量大于膜层处.
