Abstract: 在本研究的前期工作中,超高压超临界撞击流方法制备破壁灵芝孢子取得成功.为了进一步提高破壁率,本文研究了灵芝孢子在超高压撞击流下的破壁机理.从灵芝孢子粉破壁的过程出发,结合灵芝孢子粉的结构,分析了孢子在原料罐中及刚出喷嘴时孢壁的受力分析,超高压超临界流体气爆时孢壁的受力分析,以及孢子撞击靶板时的受力分析.分析结果表明:孢子在原料罐中承受超高压,产生开裂的起裂源.经过卸压气爆和超高速撞击,使得灵芝孢子...
