Abstract:
对压力浸渗、小挤压比挤压以及进一步轧制制备的β-SiC晶须增强LY12铝基复合材料的超塑性变形行为进行了研究.研究表明:该复合材料在温度为788~808K、初始应变速率为3.3×10-3~3.3×10-2s-1的条件下超塑性变形时,延伸率为200%~370%.
