Abstract: 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对甘肃省陇南市一区八县的54所农村小学体育课程人力资源现状及其开发利用进行了系统的调查,剖析了陇南市农村小学体育课程人力资源开发利用中存在的主要问题及其原因,探讨了陇南市农村小学体育课程人力资源开发利用的对策并提出建议.
