Abstract:
为了改进低压气动伺服系统的性能,设计了一种脉宽调制(PWM)线性化控制方法,利用脉宽调制技术取代继电控制方式实现对两个开关阀的控制,通过对PWM控制信号进行傅立叶变换证明了系统输出为线性稳定输出与高次谐波干扰产生输出的叠加,并推导出由这种控制方法产生的固有抖动的振幅与负载的关系以及系统稳态输出的计算公式.仿真结果表明这种控制方法提高了系统的自振频率,减小了固有抖动的振幅.
