Effects of Shenmai Injection on Tissue Concentration of Digoxin in Dogs with Heart Failure

Abstract: 目的明确参麦注射液对心衰犬地高辛组织浓度的影响。方法将造模手术成功4周后的心衰犬12只随机分为对照组和参麦注射液低、中、高剂量组,每组3只。予地高辛注射液7.41μg/kg后即刻,对照组予生理盐水20mL每日1次,7d;低、中、高剂量组分别予参麦注射液0.517mL/kg、1.034mL/kg、1.551mL/kg(用生理盐水稀释至20mL)每日1次,7d。于给药后4h处死实验犬,分别摘取分离心、肝、肾、骨骼肌,制成生理盐水组织匀浆。放射免疫分析法检测组织匀浆地高辛浓度。结果中、高剂量组心肌地高辛浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);低、中、高剂量组肾脏地高辛浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。4组心衰犬骨骼肌、肝脏组织中的地高辛浓度无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参麦注射液可增加心衰犬肾脏、心肌中地高辛浓度,对地高辛在骨骼肌、肝脏组织中的分布无明显影响。
