Abstract: microRNA是广泛存在于真核生物中的非编码小RNA,长度为19~24nt,它能在转录后水平抑制靶基因的表达或翻译。近年来研究揭示,miR-155是一个典型的多功能基因,由其下游基因介导,参与多种生理病理过程,如炎症、免疫和肿瘤的发生、发展。本文就miR-155的主要特点及其功能的研究进展予以综述。
