Abstract: 从土壤中分离出1株可降解氯代吡啶烟碱类杀虫剂啶虫脒(AAP)的丝状真菌菌株IM-3,经形态观察和18S rDNA序列比对,IM-3菌株被鉴定为草酸青霉菌(Penicillium oxalicum)。培养14 d,P.oxalicumIM-3在矿物盐培养基中可降解41.6%的啶虫脒、14.1%的吡虫啉(IMI),但不降解噻虫啉(THI)和烯啶虫胺(NIT)。HPLC和LC-MS/MS分析显示,啶虫脒降解途径为N-脱甲基生成IM2-1和氧化断裂氰基亚胺基生成IM1-3。
