Luminescence Characterization and Synthesis of SrZnO2:Sm3+ by Mechanochemistry

Abstract: 采用机械力化学法与热分解相结合的方法合成了SrZnO2:Sm3+粉体.用热重-差热(TG-DSC)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、荧光(FL)对样品进行了结构、形貌及发光性能表征.结果表明,样品粒径为100~300nm,在409 nm波长激发下,样品发红光,发射主峰为606nm,对应于Sm3+离子的5G5/2→H7/2跃迁,并且研究了Sm3+的最佳掺杂浓度,其浓度较低仅为1.0%.
