Abstract: 采用线性方程、幂函数方程及指数方程3种模型回归分析了在不同的分级标准下烟株蚜量与蚜情指数的相关性,结果表明幂函数及指数回归模型的相关性好于直线回归模型,以指数回归模型的相关性最好。通过对可能的分级标准进行比较筛选,确定了烟株叶片蚜量的分级标准为0级:0头/叶、Ⅰ级:0~5头/叶、Ⅱ级:6~20头/叶、Ⅲ级:21~100头/叶、Ⅳ级:101~500头/叶、Ⅴ级:大于500头/叶,并建立了蚜情指数(x)与烟株平均单叶蚜量(y)的回归估计模型为y=0.9362·e0.07386x(R=0.9696 )。对该分级标准及回归模型的拟合检验结果表明,当蚜情指数小于80、抽样量在100株以上时,对蚜量的估计可达90%的准确度。
