Abstract: 根据透明材料的反射与透射特性,采用光学成像原理,本文提出了一种基于激光准直、扩束发射、放大接收的光学系统和线阵CCD传感器件的石英管壁厚光电在线检测技术,其成果对石英管生产过程中的壁厚进行实时监控,使之控制在公差范围之内。本技术可实现高速度、高精度、非接触测量。
