Abstract: 民主管理制度和集体合同制度,是协调劳动关系,维护职工合法权益的两项"基本制度"。这两项"基本制度"在法律上都有明确的规定性,在劳资双方中都具有较高的认知度,在推行中都具有实际操作性。因此,通过对这两项"基本制度"进行分析,寻求其在实际工作中的相互兼容性、衔接性和渗透性,最大限度的发挥这两项"基本制度"在协调劳动关系和维护职工合法权益中的重要作用,有利于更好地激发职工参与企业管理的积极性。
