Abstract: 阐述了固体激光器强度噪声的特性,实验观测表明驰豫振荡是单块固体Nd:YAG激光器强度噪声的主要来源,噪声峰值的中心频率随着泵浦和输出功率的增加向高频方向移动,且在中心频率附近发生180°相位跳变.当1064nm红外激光输出功率为1W时,弛豫振荡峰值频率约为650kHz.采用光电反馈的方法设计制作了噪声压缩电路,使得噪声峰值中心频率位置的幅度降低30dB,低频区域噪声压缩幅度约10dB.
