Abstract: 通过盆栽试验模拟干旱条件,在黄瓜整个生育期进行不同磁场处理方法,结果表明,黄瓜叶细胞膜相对透性,在磁环境条件下生长黄瓜<磁场处理黄瓜种子<磁化水灌溉黄瓜<对照.且磁环境条件下生长黄瓜与正常生长黄瓜叶细胞膜相对透性很接近,说明受干旱危害后,细胞膜伤害程度较弱.因此,磁环境下生长黄瓜具有明显的抗干旱能力.由黄瓜叶组织含水量、自由水、束缚水测定结果显示,黄瓜叶组织含水量、自由水、束缚水随磁场强度的增强而增大,且在相同条件下,自由水和束缚水的比率为对照>磁场处理.黄瓜叶组织水分含量的磁场效应皆为正值,随温度升高,磁场效应有增大的趋势,同时在干旱时,温度对黄瓜叶组织含水量、自由水有负影响.
