Abstract: 监控分析大学生跆拳道运动员赛前快速减体重期间晨脉与各项身体成分指标。方法:大学生跆拳道运动员3名,赛前8天实施"控食+发汗"为主的快速减体重方案。每日测定运动员晨脉与体重、瘦体重、蛋白质及体水分等身体成分指标。结果:运动员晨脉变化趋势平稳;体重逐日平稳下降;瘦体重丢失量占总丢失比例(67.2%、55.7%、52.9%)较大,瘦体重与蛋白质变化有上下波动,体水分前6日变化平稳,后2天下降较多,总丢失量较大。结论:方案对运动员运动能力影响较小,部分监控结果的反馈和对饮食方案和训练方案的调整,有利于快速减体重方案的实践效果。
