Abstract: 目的:研究维生素C、谷胱甘肽、秦美种猕猴桃汁3种抗氧化剂对铬(Cr)所致细胞毒性、DNA损伤及Cr价态的影响.方法:应用噻唑蓝比色法、单细胞凝胶电泳及原子吸收法研究Cr的细胞毒性、DNA损伤与价态的变化及3种抗氧化剂的干预作用.结果:猕猴桃汁可以有效地拮抗Cr6+引起的细胞毒性,促进Cr6+在细胞外的还原,降低Cr6+的细胞摄入,而维生素C及谷胱甘肽的作用则随Cr染毒剂量的不同而不同.结论:猕猴桃汁对Cr所致细胞生物学效应的拮抗作用明显优于维生素C及谷胱甘肽,可能与其促进Cr6+细胞外还原,阻断Cr6+细胞摄入有关.
