Abstract: 大众化背景下的研究生教育存在着招生改革滞后、类型结构欠当、培养模式单一等"质"的问题。"质"的调整与提升跟不上"量"的扩张,导致研究生教育"质""量"结构失衡。鉴于研究生教育的重要性,提出相应对策,以推动研究生教育"质""量"均衡,和谐健康发展。
