Abstract: 通过实证研究方法,运用spss12.0对在KPI绩效考核制度和非KPI绩效考核制度下的员工组织公民行为表现意愿进行测量和分析.探究在重量化、分工的KPI绩效考评制度下,对企业员工组织公民行为表现维度的影响.实证研究结果表明,在KPI绩效考核制度下的员工在主动维护和谐的组织人际关系意愿上表现消极,助人维度的组织公民行为表现少.
