Abstract:
动植物油脂转化为生物柴油的过程是由多步可逆反应组成的。理论上1分子甘油酯完全酯交换可以得到3分子脂肪酸甲酯,但实际情况取决于反应的可逆程度。催化剂和反应温度可以改变反应速度,但反应的可预测性往往随反应条件的改变而改变。建立合理的数学模型对工业化连续生产生物柴油是非常必要的。文章提供了一种基于动力学特征的有限微分模型,从能量角度说明影响酯化反应的各种因素和控制条件。
