Abstract: 为了探索杏鲍菇橙汁复合饮料的配方,研究了杏鲍菇原汁打浆条件和杏鲍菇橙汁饮料的最佳配比,结果表明,添加40%的杏鲍菇,40%的鲜橙汁,12%的白砂糖,0.15%的柠檬酸,0.30%的黄原胶可以制成色香味俱佳、稳定性良好的复合保健饮料.
