Abstract: <正>每到岁末,绩效评估总成为企业管理的热点话题。从"德能勤绩"到"关键业绩指标(KPI)"再到"平衡计分卡(BSC)",无论绩效管理的世界潮流怎么变,管理者们大多执著地把评估奉为其根本。近些年我们在本土企业辅导不少绩效管理项目,可试行后实际情况总有不尽如人意的地方,"评估"似乎并未给管理者做出理想的回应,于是落个安慰说:"业绩评估只是先让经理和员工们先找点管理的感觉,要做到科学,落到实处,还要有一个不短的过程"。盘点咨询辅导案例,认为眼下本土企业的绩效评估有四类困境需要突破。
