Abstract: 利用平均雷诺方程分析活塞环-缸套间的润滑特性,仿真结果表明,活塞环-缸套间的摩擦损失受表面粗糙度、润滑油粘度、环表面型线等因素的综合影响;活塞在做功行程上止点时,活塞环-缸套间油膜最薄,摩擦损失功率最大;采用非等压环时,油膜厚度沿着活塞环周向分布是不均匀的,在环开口位置处厚度较小。
