Abstract: 人格测验在我国企业的人员招聘、开发等领域得到了越来越广泛的运用.但总体而言,其应用效果却不十分理想.除了人格测验本身的局限,企业自身的应用能力不足也是重要原因.本文通过对相关文献进行综述,初步探讨了企业人格测验应用能力的结构及其3个构成因素,并指明企业在应用这些工具之前,一定要认真分析自身的各个条件,以决定人格测验的使用并达到最大化的效果.
