Abstract: 为了探讨随班就读体育教学与保健体育教学对病残学生身体形态、机能及素质的影响.本文将基本情况相当的湖南理工学院05级病残学生72名,男37人,女35人,随机分为二组(A组、B组),A组开设保健体育课,B组同学分散随各自所在体育教学班随班上课.经一学年的教学实验后,A组、B组的身体机能和素质不同幅度的变化,随班就读和保健体育教学对病残学生身体机能及素质产生了积极影响,具有显著性意义(P<0.05)或(P<0.01),且B组所测多项指标变化更明显(P<0.01).
