Abstract: 振兴辽宁老工业基地急需培养大批高素质技术人才,借鉴澳大利亚职业教育的经验,深化职业教育改革。建议辽宁省逐步普及普通高中教育,实行以高中后分流为主的职业教育体制;将教育厅与劳动厅的部分部门合并,成立"教育与劳动就业委员会";尽快在辽宁省推行就业准入制度和职业资格证书制度;加强职业教育的专业师资队伍建设和实验实习场所建设。
