Abstract: 提出了用FFT(fastfouriertransform)分析与表征随机表面空间形貌特征的方法 ,对随机表面的PSDF(powerspectrumdensityfunction)和ACVF(auto covariancefunction)或ACF(autocorrelationfunction自相关函数 )进行了系统分析 ,用基 2DIT FFT(discretein timeFFT)对表面信号分别在时域和频域进行了分析与讨论 ,阐述了从原理方法到运算速度的优越性
