Abstract: 采用盆栽试验,研究了铅递进胁迫处理对高羊茅叶片脂质过氧化程度、叶绿素含量、渗透调节物质及叶片抗氧化系统等的影响。结果表明:随着铅处理浓度的升高,高羊茅叶片膜质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量增加,保护酶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性呈现先增高后降低的趋势;高浓度铅引起叶绿素降解,叶片可溶性蛋白质含量降低,可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸(Pro)积累,抗坏血酸-谷胱氨酸(ASA—GSH)循环代谢加强,抗坏血酸(ASA)含量增加。
