Abstract: 网络技术、通信技术和空间信息技术的飞速发展为环境保护提供了新的技术手段。在分析国内城市环保信息化现状的基础上,对基于“3S”技术的城市环保信息系统进行了整体设计,探讨了系统的总体结构、数据组织和功能设计,阐述了系统的开发环境、系统集成等关键技术。
