Abstract: 探讨BHFA299型精梳机使用性能.阐述了BHFA299型精梳机结构特点和技术规格,对分离接合定时、速度、给棉长度、顶梳工艺配置等进行了试验与优选,并与E7/5型精梳机进行了质量对比,分析了CJ 14.5 tex品种成纱质量状况.结果表明:在280钳次/min的速度下,BHFA299型精梳机棉结、杂质排除率和短绒排除率、精梳条条干等质量指标均优于E7/5型精梳机指标.
