Abstract: 选取牛血清白蛋白为模拟物,研究了纳米二氧化钛光声协同催化作用对BSA的损伤,考察了催化剂用量、初始溶液pH、照射时间等因素对BSA分子损伤的影响.实验结果表明,TiO2光声协同催化作用对BSA的损伤效果明显好于TiO2超声催化或光催化处理,证实了光声联合催化技术具有明显的协同效应.初步探讨了光声协同照射激活纳米TiO2粒子损伤BSA分子的机理,认为是光声协同作用产生高能空穴和羟基自由基所致.
