Abstract: 论述了广州市上下九商业街在改造与建设过程中产生的问题,即高架桥严重影响商业环境、建筑的无序更新破坏传统的生活环境、缺乏完善的商业设施。提出改善高架桥周边的商业环境、建立控制到尺度级的城市规划导则,指导建筑有序更新,实现传统建筑的改造性再利用。
