Abstract: "研金1号"为金丝小枣的优选品系,2008年通过山东省林木品种审定委员会审定.果实长圆形,果形指数1.347.果个大,平均单果重9.92g,成熟后果皮紫红色,果肉厚、韧,黄白色.核小,纺锤形.果汁少,风味甘甜微酸,可溶性固形物含量37.3%.可食率95.40%.适于制干,制干率60.8%.维生素C含量为每100克果肉含456mg,丰产性好.
