Abstract: 一、柿子 该法既可脱去柿子的涩味,又能保鲜果实.每50千克沸水加入食盐1千克,明矾250克,溶化后冷却即成.将配制好的盐矾水倒入干净的缸内,将柿果完全浸入溶液中,贮藏温度保持在5℃以下,可贮至翌年4~5月.
