Abstract: 总结了氮气保护隧道窑能量消耗构成,介绍了氮气保护隧道窑能量损耗的计算方法,计算和分析了氮气保护隧道窑的能量消耗.结果表明正常生产情况下,氮气保护隧道窑烧结反应消耗能量只占总电能的17.47%,建议采用优质窑炉减少辅助窑具、安装隔热板等方式提高能量利用率.
