Effect of grain composition on properties of low carbon magnesia-carbon brick

Abstract: 以电熔镁砂、鳞片石墨为主要原料,热固性酚醛树脂为结合剂,金属Al粉为抗氧化剂,按颗粒连续密堆理论Andreassen公式计算颗粒级配,研究了3种镁砂临界粒度和粒度分布系数对低碳镁碳砖常温物理性能、热膨胀性能、抗氧化性及抗侵蚀性的影响.结果表明:选用适当的镁砂临界粒度,调整颗粒级配,可增大石墨与镁砂的比表面接触,减缓镁砂高温条件下的热膨胀应力,提高低碳镁碳砖的物理性能.
