Abstract: 为了提高二氢猕猴桃内酯的合成产率,考察了以β-紫罗兰酮为原料,过氧乙酸作氧化剂,硅钨酸为催化剂催化合成二氢猕猴桃内酯的反应条件:β-紫罗兰酮用量、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度、过氧乙酸的混合时问及用量对目标物产率的影响.结果表明,合成二氢猕猴桃内酯的适宜条件为:β-紫罗兰酮用量10.0 g,硅钨酸用量1.5 g,过氧乙酸用量30 mL,过氧乙酸的混合时间24 h,反应温度40℃,反应时间6 h....
