Abstract: 目的:考察核黄素磷酸钠胃漂浮缓释微球的制备、优化和体外性质.方法:采用离子胶凝-烘干法制备了核黄素磷酸钠海藻酸钙胃漂浮缓释微球.结果:考察了微球的外观、包封率、漂浮性能和体外释放,并运用响应曲而法分析、优化了微球处方.结论:优化后的微球外观圆整,包封率为57.49%,体外漂浮8小时以上,释放符合Fick扩散方程.
