Abstract: 迟缓爱德华菌(Edwardsiella tarda,简称ET)是肠杆菌科爱德华菌属中惟一感染人致泻和其他疾病的细菌,也引起贝类、鱼类、鸟类、两栖类和哺乳类等多种动物的感染[1,2]。溶血素是ET菌的重要致病因子[3,4],而溶血素合成、激活及分泌到胞外,常常需要多个基因及其编码蛋白的协同作用,需要活化基因的作用[4],但目前其致病机理仍不清楚。作者在ET-12中发现了一种新的迟缓爱德华菌溶血活化基因[Edwardsiella tarda haemolysin activator(eha)gene]。该基因属国内外首次发现,已列入Gen-Bank:295331,其克隆子有Vero细胞毒和调控溶血
