Abstract: It is investigated that [RhCl-5]+3 in chlorhydric acid formaldehyde based solution produces a sensitive catalytic hydrogen wave at -1^1V. The optimum base solution is defined to contain 0^015 mol/L formaldehyde and 1^5 mol/L chlorhydric acid. Characteristics of the wave are discussed, and finally a method for the determination of trace rhodium in secondary alloy is studied.
