Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of different hypoxia preconditioning on myocardial cell and discover some new mechanism of action.Methods Neonate rat myocytes were exposed to hypoxia,and continue to be cultured for 24 hour,then be treated by hypoxia for twenty minutes again.The membrane potential of rhodamine-123 marked mitochondria were detected by flow cytometry at different time-marking.Results Group Ⅰand group Ⅱfluorescence intensity were test by unitizing t-test(t=10.16,P<0.05)after hypoxia.Group Ⅰand Group Ⅱfluorescence intensity were test by unitizing t-test(t=6.23,P<0.05)after hypoxia again.Group Ⅰand Group Ⅲ fluorescence intensity were test by unitizing t-test(t=7.14,P<0.05)after hypoxia.Group Ⅰand Group Ⅲ fluorescence intensity were test by unitizing t-test(t=18.84,P<0.05)after hypoxia again.Group Ⅰand Group Ⅳ fluorescence intensity were test by unitizing t-test(t=26.25,P<0.05)after hypoxia.Group Ⅰand Group Ⅳ fluorescence intensity were test by unitizing t-test(t=17.69,P<0.05)after hypoxia again.The membrane potential of Group Ⅱis higher than that in Group Ⅰ,Group Ⅲ and Group Ⅳ is lower than that in Group Ⅰ.Conclusions There is different reactivity after hypoxia in different way.The Preconditioning hypoxia myocardial cell either strengthen tolerance of;or aggravate the damage of hypoxia.
