Abstract: 超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)主要由肠杆菌科细菌的肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌产生。由于第三代头孢菌素对需氧革兰阴性菌的抗菌作用强、抗菌谱广、毒性低而被广泛应用。第三代头孢菌素能诱导细菌产生基因位点突变,使细菌产生质粒介导的ESBLs,它能水解青霉素、头孢菌素及单环酰胺类抗生素。质粒介导的β-内酰胺酶可迅速传播到不同的菌属和菌种,并由于质粒上带有其它耐药基因而表现为多重耐药。笔者对该院获得的肠杆菌科细菌287株产超广谱β-内酰胺酶进行检测,以了解其耐药情况指导临床治疗。1材料与方法1.1菌株1.1.1实验菌株收集2002-01~2004-12本院分离的肠杆菌科细菌287株,标本种类和细菌种类见表
