Experimental Study of Animal Models of Congestive Cardiomyopathy

Abstract: Objective:To observe the influence of over dosage catecholamine on animal models of congestive cardiomyopathy made by noradrenalin in pathology and physiology.Methods:High dosage of noradrenalin was given by intravenous drip for many times.Results:Myocardial morphology and blood rheology of animals in model group had remarkable change. Contents of calcium within myocardial tissue was significantly higher, contents of magnesium was significantly lower in comparison with those of control group. Contents of calcium and magnesium within myocardial tissue was significantly correlated with those in peripheral red blood cells.Conclusion:These results indicated that change of calcium and magnesium in peripheral red blood cells may served as a parameter to reflect the alteration of calcium and magnesium within myocardial cells.
