Abstract: 调查显示,高职院校青年教师普遍重视教学效果的提升,对自我职业生涯和学院提供发展机会的认知水平较高,但在制订职业发展目标和与管理人员进行沟通两方面存在较大问题,高职院校实际的职业生涯管理与青年教师期望间也存在较大差距.为此,高职院校要转变观念,重视青年教师职业发展,建立和完善教师职业发展的双向沟通体系,加强教师自我职业生涯管理的自觉性,注重青年教师的学习与培训.
